Today I made soup for lunch. My sister grows a lot of vegetables herself, so when I'd decided what to make, she ran out to the vegetable patch and came back with and enormous and gorgeous pumpkin! It was a pretty amazing feeling; like vegan heaven! After some chopping and cooking and roasting, I had a spicy and hot pumpkin soup and loads of seeds to roast later. If the pumpkin I have at home is still ok on Saturday when I get back I'll make the soup again and post a picture and a recipe.
