Yum! Talk about a great way to start a gray Tuesday! If you have frozen raspberries (or fresh for that matter, although it would be a bit of a waste), this is a super simple way to make ordinary oatmeal a heavenly breakfast. I enjoyed this breakfast with a cup of tea in the light of candles, what could be cozier?
For one fortunate and tired person
1 dl oatmeal
2 tbsp. shredded coconut
2 tsp. flax seeds
2,5 dl water
1 krm cardamon
A pinch of salt
1 tsp. syrup
0,5 dl raspberries
Let everything cook up and then boil on low heat until thick enough, about 5 minutes.
For serving:
Shredded coconut
Raspberries
Sliced banana
Oat milk
Enjoy!
